“Sehr angenehm.”
The staff were friendly. The hotel feels a bit dated now and could use some modernization.

I’ve stayed at this hotel for several years after returning from Turkey; I like the location, the private parking, and the rooms are fairly large. The staff are friendly and polite. I always book suites, but each year it seems to get worse—air conditioning doesn’t work well, and this has been the same for years. In the evening I set the AC to 5°, but in the afternoon it was only 24°.

The welcome was exceptional, the breakfast was good. The coffee was lacking.

The rooms were clean, the staff were well‑meaning and the place is fairly good. The breakfast at this hotel chain is quite weak and bland.
