The facilities are amazing, rooms are clean and spacious, and the pool was always nice to dip after a long day out. The staff were friendly and very caring to me and my family. The breakfast buffet was so good with a variety of food offerings to start the day. Overall an amazing stay for my family and highly recommend!

Great value for money, staff frequently check in and are always willing to help. Good location to the beach and free shuttle to the old town. Breakfast is as little as £4, rooms are clean and comfortable, pool is a decent size and for all ages, definitely worth the price you pay. At the time we went, it was advertised as having a private beach- which it has- only it was closed due to flooding damage. I think this should have been clear when booking. They have a restaurant which serves some western food - I would avoid personally. The pizza was not great, however I can imagine the Vietnamese food was very good. The laundry service also slightly burnt my top, which the staff did their best to rectify. However we really enjoyed our stay so I still think this hotel is a great option in Hoi An

Breakfast was good with excellent egg Chefs. The staff were mostly VG, especially Libby and Eliza. The bed was lovely and a quiet room with good hot water. My review was stopped due to negatives?? First time in 20 years? So there are some problems at this hotel but in this Woke world I can't tell you??
