A colleague lost a payment card in their room. The staff found it and immediately emailed us, so he could return to the hotel and get it back. We really appreciate that level of communication. Thank you!

The hotel’s location is great, right on the pedestrian zone and close to many cafés and restaurants. The double rooms are nicely furnished and modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they booked restaurants for us and arranged a taxi. Because it’s on the pedestrian zone, you can’t drive a taxi straight to the hotel – you have to tell the driver “Grand Hotel”.

Everything was fine. Afterward I realized there should be a sauna, but the hotel doesn’t signpost it.
