Great location. The pools are clean. The overall building was dirty and neglected. The suite bathrooms were small and awful. Breakfast was below average.

Breakfast was very good, above the standard of any hotel in Malaysia, almost resort‑level. The location was good, very central. Unfortunately the cleanliness was really poor… if I hadn’t asked (more than once) to clean the room, they wouldn’t have. I got angry because they forgot on the first day… honestly, I don’t expect this from a resort. The building was also shabby, like it was back in the 90s… it needs a good renovation.

La posizione è ottima, sulla Coral Bay è in posizione molto silenziosa, accanto ad un ottimo centro diving. La nostra camera era piena di zanzare e non aveva acqua calda quasi tutti 5 giorni che siamo stati qui. Soltanto 1 giorni funzionava l’acqua calda. Inoltre le camere Family suite non hanno una finestra, hanno soltanto un terrazzino che però è pieno di zanzare quindi non si può stare fuori. Peccato, perché se piove e vuoi stare in stanza ci si sente un po’ rinchiusi. 🙁

I booked a premium room for four people, and the space was generous and welcoming. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the breakfast selection was good. However, one of the four beds was just a mattress on the floor, left outside the door when we arrived. Since we had booked a room for four, this is something that definitely needs improvement.

The staff were welcoming and always ready to answer any request. Our triple luxury room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast on the sea‑view terrace was plentiful. The location is convenient for day trips or a 10‑minute walk to Long Beach. The price, however, is much higher than the average for stays in Malaysia. The property feels a bit run‑down, with some areas still under construction instead of renovating existing ones.
