The owners are friendly, but the rooms feel cramped and lack even basic drinking water, and the property sits on a narrow lane off the main road; the staircase is also too tight, so overall the facilities are quite limited.

The plastic sheeting on the bed hadn't been removed, making sleep very difficult and hot, and there were no cups or bowls provided for the kitchen.

The room is clean and the hosts are very friendly and helpful. This Homestay is in a very good spot in Cochin, with restaurants and attractions nearby, some of which can be reached on foot.

It feels very familiar and authentic, in a nice position, with a quiet neighbourhood. The only downside was that my room didn't have much privacy, but all the others did.
