The Hotel Refugio Santa Inés feels like a paradise to stay in; the views are incredible, the rooms are very pretty, and the service is wonderful—definitely would come back again.

The hotel is very nice, with an exceptional lake view, delicious food at affordable prices, and a tasty fruit tea; however, the temperature in the area drops a lot at night and the room had no heating.
