We absolutely adored this place! Pet‑friendly was a must for us, and the room was gorgeous and comfy. Even though our view faced the street, we still enjoyed it. The staff were friendly and polite, and the room was cleaned daily. Parking was convenient, and having our own private beach access was a fantastic perk. Overall, a pleasant stay that we’d gladly repeat, though the soundproofing could be improved—there was a lot of outside noise, and with a dog on board we worried her barking might disturb others.

The staff were outstanding, the breakfast was superb, the restaurant excellent, and the overall quality was high; the reception team were incredibly kind and always ready to help, making the experience truly memorable.

This room is absolutely not suitable for a vacation! The floor is bare, and there is no mention that you’re looking straight across from a residential block with only a 2 m distance; it’s dark, and the neighbour looks directly into the bed or the bathroom. You have to lower the shutters in that dim hole! No great view or location directly at the marina, yet the room and bathroom are reasonably large but lack any chairs, a table, or proper storage—no hooks for clothes or bathrobes, making it very uncomfortable. We felt like we were being exploited for money. After booking, we received an email saying the room had a view of the neighbouring building—so short‑sighted, no clue! It was called the SUPERIOR‑ROOM HOTEL SUITE LAGOON, and we can’t imagine anyone expecting such a dreadful room or hole under that category. We complained, but they said it was the last room for that date. That night we got a message that we could get a room with a park view the next day for an extra 50 € per night. By then, the holiday had already passed, and we felt taken advantage of. We definitely didn’t want to pay more for this room—83 € per person per night was already outrageous! The hotel is also far from bars and restaurants, at the very end of Sottomarina and quite a walk from Chioggia. The in‑house restaurant is nice, but it comes with a price.

Everything was perfect—clean, cozy, comfortable, with extra breakfast, and the surroundings are beautiful where history meets reality. Chioggia is a 12‑14 minute walk without rush, and the sea and beach are 8 minutes away; it’s like paradise!
