The location was convenient, but when I asked for a lower‑floor room with fewer stairs and two separate beds, they didn’t give it to me even though it was available.

The room was full of hair everywhere and wasn’t cleaned properly, which was disappointing; the proximity to everything was great, but the lack of cleanliness made me uncomfortable.
