“Horrible”
The cheap price. When i came to check in no one was at the front desk to service me i had waited 10m until a man came in and ask if i had been serviced i told him no nd he called someone on the phone to let them know that i was standing there. The room had no towels to wash up with the shower didnt work I had to wash up standing in the tub with the water running. There was no soap to wash up with. The pillows was worn out the pillowcases was stained the comforter was bleached. The room had a funny smell, i heard people going in and out of the rooms all night cause the walls are thin. The shower curtain was nasty the whole experince was not good and I felt unsafe

The only thing I liked was the location but even that was not all that great. GPS took us to the wrong location. The GPS took us to the wrong property and they charged me more than what I was quoted. And the continental breakfast was absolutely nothing

Cereal and waffles. Hotel double booked my room. Ended up with single bed jacuzzi room instead of 2 queens. Guy at the desk told me that the single bed room was about 30 dollars cheaper than the double I was supposed to get, but the owner of the hotel would have to be the one to refund the 30 back to my card. When I arrived for the night 4 hours later owner refused to refund me the 30 dollars difference and said they were the same price. It was too late to try to find a different hotel and there isn't much to choose from in that small town so i stayed. Room had maybe been recently remodeled? No outlet covers on the walls or around the jacuzzi tub. Missing trim off part of the walls too. I'm glad I didn't have a small child with me that I would have had to worry about sticking their fingers in an outlet box
“Tony needs GOOD help.”
Tony was trying very hard to make our stay enjoyable. Seeing Tony having to do everything. I don't see how he keeps everything operating smoothly without help. But he needs the right kind of help. Not those who will not carry their load
