“Horrible”

Nothing. The staff tried to hit me with another charge saying I have to pay for 2 nights and that their policy has a cut off time that was never mentioned or disclosed and when I got back from work my daughters pack and play was taken and a few other belongings of mine cause they wanted to check me out when I paid for that night and blamed me for not wanting to pay for another night due to their personal policy that they never disclosed

The indoor pool was a nice feature, but the room smelled strong, so I had to buy Lysol and Febreze; the bed was hard, there was no on‑site laundry to dry my swim clothes, and I ended up leaving a day early.

The location was convenient, yet the place was very smelly, the toilets made loud noises, and overall cleanliness was lacking; the staff were not friendly and the value didn’t justify the cost, so I’d rather spend an extra 100 for better quality than stay here, and you can hear everyone nearby.

“Overall a cool hotel”

The location was great—our son studies at Berea College, just under 10 minutes away and only 15 minutes from Richmond—but the room smelled like mildew and felt stuffy, the breakfast was mediocre with limited options compared to similar hotels, the orange juice was sour, and the waffle mix was too watery.

“Nice”

I loved the quiet spot of the property, which felt safe and clean, and the staff were very friendly, but the toilet made a strange noise in the middle of the night.
