The hotel is a 7-minute walk from Nantes Train Station, 700 metres from Château des Ducs de Bretagne, and near Nantes Botanical Gardens and Cathedral.

The room matched my expectations with good bedding and a well-equipped bathroom, and the city centre was close by.

The neighbourhood was calm, parking was paid, the room was a decent size, the receptionist was friendly and gave solid advice, and the bedding was good. However, guests upstairs were very noisy and woke me at 5 am, and there was no front desk available for an early departure to drop off the key (I left the key on the room door).

The room was clean, quiet, and the hotel was well‑located. The only downside was a cigarette smell in the bathroom on the second night.
