My mission in Natal was to arrange tickets for other places. I left my bags at the inn at noon, and it’s impossible not to notice the cleanliness, attention, willingness to make your stay the best. They explained everything about the room, bathroom, check‑in and check‑out, security. They helped me find where to get what I needed and the most amazing thing was that they paid great attention to make sure I didn’t miss my midnight transport out of Natal. I want to see anyone who has a negative thing about a stay at Pousada Zélia, infrastructure or service, and everything exactly as promised… and a little better.
