“Mezzanine room experience”

The front desk staff were welcoming, but the shower in my room was broken, the hallway was so loud you could hear people chatting, and the conference room event blasted bass that rattled the walls, making rest impossible; the bathroom was cramped, barely allowing movement, and the curtains never closed fully, so privacy was lost.
