The staff were fantastic and the location was excellent, but the window in my room faced a wall so close that it was almost as if there was no window at all.

Yes, it was clean and well‑located, but the elevator was a problem.

The location was perfect, rooms were very nice and clean, and customer service was fantastic, though we had an unfortunate issue with the AC; they moved us to a new room right away, so everything turned out fine.

Everything was clean and organized, the location was great, and the staff were super attentive, but during the peak of the European summer the air conditioning in my room didn’t actually cool—it only refreshed.
