“Excelente custo X benefício em Sorocaba”

The staff were very friendly, from the WhatsApp messages to breakfast, and I especially appreciated Fernanda from the kitchen who was attentive and refilled the missing items for our breakfast. The facilities were very clean, the towels and linens were well cared for, and the laundry bag was included and tidy. The air conditioner and mini‑fridge were new and modern. It would have been nice to have extra face towels and pillows, but that doesn’t detract from the excellent value and great location.

“Precisa de melhorias.”

The place was clean and met the basic needs for an overnight stay. I missed basic items in the room such as a face towel, a mirror that wasn’t the bathroom one, and on the first day the main light had a poor connection and flickered constantly, which made it hard to work. Breakfast was somewhat lacking, with few options, and they didn’t replenish basic items while I was there, like scrambled eggs and cheese bread. Compared to other hotels in the area, the price is high for what it delivers.
