“Pictures were great, but did not really show the prperty”

The location was great, just a short drive into St Remy city center. For just a small “country style” hotel, it could have been cleaner. The room was very small and needed a paint refresh. There was a screen on the window, but it was torn in half, so not much protection against bugs.

“Un joli lieu pour passer des jours en automne”

The place is gorgeous with the lovely autumn colors; we were there with our dog and it’s perfect for walks. The restaurant is very beautiful too with a nice view over the pool. It feels like a very family‑friendly atmosphere, which is very pleasant. Everything was great.

The staff were kind, especially at breakfast, but the room felt a bit cramped.

“Déçue de notre choix”

The room was spacious, but we arrived late for our honeymoon night and the parking had no exterior lighting, so we had to light ourselves with our phones. For this level of service we expected some ambient lighting regardless of arrival time, especially after the hotel had been notified. It was a hassle to locate the key and the building where we were staying, and the room received no special attention. We struggled to find the room lighting controls and the electrical switches in the bathroom that protrude from the wall. Thankfully we got through it and received apologies after the misunderstanding about our arrival; the room itself was pleasant.

“Prekrasno mjesto s posebnim šarmom, izvrsnom uslugom i atmosferom u koju bismo se rado ponovno vratile.”

Sve nam se svidjelo, od prekrasnog ambijenta i uređenog vanjskog prostora do ugodnog smještaja, ukusnog doručka i iznimno ljubaznog osoblja. Zaista smo uživale u svakom trenutku boravka. Nemamo nikakvih zamjerki, sve je bilo odlično i ispunilo naša očekivanja
