“Very crappy experience”

Location is fine, but the people in the room above us were very noisy; I had to call the front desk three times and couldn’t sleep. It sounded like a wrestling match going on. I will never return.

I loved the two separate bedrooms. The only downside was hearing people above me.

Comfortable and quiet. The shower’s faux tile panel could use a thorough cleaning; orange mildew in the faux grout cracks wipes right off. It would be easy to clean and sanitize, so that should be done. Everything else was great.

“The few dollars we saved staying at the Best Western weren't worth it; front desk staff not friendly”

The bed was comfortable; staff accommodated a request for the first floor; breakfast selection was good; housekeeping staff. Noisy; parking lot was hard to maneuver; front desk staff seemed put‑out, polite but not hospitable; breakfast staff didn’t pay attention to food quantities or coffee pot levels.
