The restaurant braza’s attention with chef Fabiola and the grill staff were very friendly, and the manager Chan at the sport bar solved a problem with a very rude waiter. Room service food was cold and lacked variety. There was no show, the cinema had no popcorn. Two waiters at the sport bar were awful.

The entire staff’s attention was extraordinary. Chef Carlos at the Tepanyaqui restaurant was very good and friendly.

“Personal encantador”

The staff were definitely charming, the gym had facilities I'd never seen in a hotel—very large with many machines, and the adult pool activities were enjoyable; the buffet was varied and complete, and the app worked very well. However, the room air‑conditioner kept turning on when we left even after we switched it off, and at 4 am on one night it activated by itself and we had to call reception. The music at the adult pool was always on and loud, making it hard to relax, and the facilities looked old‑fashioned, so if you’re after something modern and designed it’s not the place. Even with all‑inclusive and paying extra for riding surf, shisha, and the photos they take (20$ each), there were still issues.
