Everything was perfect, superb location.

The bed was comfortable, the nights were quiet and the air‑conditioning worked well, but the shower was unusable, there were drainage problems, the lights were faulty, we couldn’t access the outdoor pool for free as it wasn’t advertised, the food was mediocre, the parking was far from the entrance and wasn’t mentioned, and the security deposit was high.

The staff were friendly and the restaurant was pleasant, but the shower felt old‑fashioned for a four‑star property.

The place was quiet.

It was surprising that the pool required an extra fee in a four‑star hotel, and they also asked for a €300 security deposit, which I had never encountered before.
