The view over the region was great, but there was no front‑desk staff to greet us when we arrived.

We felt very comfortable; the room offered a great view of the old town, was clean, and communication before and during the stay was flawless. The breakfast was tasty, but we wished there were more options.

The room 210 was in pretty bad shape: the walls and furniture were stained, and behind the headboard on both sides there were a lot of loose electrical cables that weren't covered and poked out over the headboard. There was not even a single water bottle. Debris in the hallway leading to the room, and the room door left a 3‑finger gap so a lot of hallway light leaked in all night. On top of that, the room light was impossible to turn off – there was a ceiling fan with a light in the middle, its switch didn’t work, and if you removed the card it wouldn’t turn off anything; you couldn’t see the TV, charge your phone, or do anything else.
