Business Hotel Nissei

Breakfast is free, and although it’s just simple bread, coffee and bread are provided in the morning. The hotel looks very old, but the cleaning seems thorough. It isn’t sparkling new, but it’s clean. The location is great: a 5‑minute walk to Don Quijote, a 6‑minute walk to the underground entrance of Namba Station. The 24‑hour front desk was good and friendly even at dawn. Even with diligent cleaning, the old building’s vibe can’t be erased. I couldn’t choose a room, so I got a smoking room; it seems the whole floor is smoking rooms, which was a bit odd. The location is fine, but if you open the window a bit at night it gets noisy, and if you close it, it’s quiet… not exactly quiet, just normal background noise.

“Room felt right for the price. A safe place to rest and leave belongs.”

The shower fixtures were heavily damaged and very moldy, so I had to be extra careful not to cause any damage.

The location is good. The TV remote works poorly. The room is dark. The key is hard to use.

Nothing notable. There was a leak from the toilet, and breakfast was terrible—only boiled eggs and bread, which is unacceptable.

The location is excellent; being in the downtown area means no worries about food or sightseeing. The difficult part was finding parking. I spent over 30 minutes walking around the hotel area, checking for one‑way streets, vehicle entry, and whether a maximum fee was set, while watching many pedestrians. It would have been helpful to have a system that shows partner parking lots or nearby parking maps at the time of booking.
