“Decent and safe staying.”

The food and accessibility were decent, and the bed was fine; however, the old TV and cable service were poor, just like the Wi‑Fi signal. No complimentary bottled water was provided, so I had to request a courtesy bottle, and there were only a few power outlets, forcing me to choose between charging my phone or calling the front desk.

“GREAT SPOT with caca for coffee......”

Great spot near the airport, with all staff—bartenders, servers, front desk, housekeepers—friendly and helpful; the only issue was the coffee: despite Nicaragua’s reputation for the best coffee, the breakfast and other areas served poor coffee, forcing me to trek to Super Expresso for a decent cup, a complaint I’ve had for six months. Other than that, the place is fantastic.

The location, airport shuttle service, and facilities are good, but the staff are often disheartened and curt, not all but almost.

“Good accommodation good location”

The rooms were spotless and the bed was very comfortable. I liked that the shower always had hot water. The location was convenient, close to a large supermarket and only a short drive to the bus terminal. The staff were polite but seemed a bit unhappy. I had to pay a deposit for damages, and I missed a coffee in the morning because my bus left at 6.
