The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and I appreciated the shuttle that took us into town and around town; the pools were amazing. I didn’t like the powdered creamer with coffee and would have preferred half‑and‑half, and I wish checkout had been at 11 instead of 10.

It was a great spot for a fun weekend—there were so many activities that we never felt the need to leave the premises. The only downside was that the fan in my room didn’t work.

The staff were all very nice and helpful, but the room had a bad smell and the check‑out time is set at 10 AM.

We had an amazing time; the property was gorgeous, spotless, and had everything we could wish for. Being so close to downtown and having all the hot tubs and activities made the stay even more enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to returning!

The pool was lovely and very warm, and the location is great, just a short walk to the gondola that takes you into town.
