Agriturismo Colle Vento, a restored Umbrian farmhouse 11 km from Perugia, offers spacious studios and apartments with private entrances, exposed‑stone walls, terracotta floors, kitchenettes, private bathrooms, air conditioning, and free Wi‑Fi. Guests enjoy a pool with jacuzzi, children’s playground, ping‑pong, barbecue area, and proximity to the A1 motorway and Corciano station.

The location and the building itself are absolutely beautiful, surrounded by greenery for a peaceful atmosphere. We especially appreciated the historic character and traditional style of the building. Despite its age, everything was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and clearly well looked after. The only thing missing was a coffee machine; I’d suggest the property manager add one and perhaps increase the nightly rate, because honestly I think the price is lower than it should be.

Quiet and a very good base for sightseeing. There was no issue or situation.
