I wasn’t there myself; colleagues were staying in the rooms I booked. The rooms seemed okay, but for the next Berlin trip I’d prefer a better location. It was pretty loud.

The bathroom was the only issue.

The location is great, the staff are very friendly and the service is excellent. We were allowed to check in early and could hand our luggage to the staff before leaving to explore the city. The bathroom wasn’t in the best condition, but it still had everything you need. The shower water pressure was too low.
