The whole place was great, but the real highlight was the terrace views at night without light pollution, and the interior of the factory and house left me speechless—truly precious. The heat in Palencia was a downside, but nothing beats a cold beer on the sidewalk.

Overall, everything was fine, especially having a tap for their own brewed beer.

The house was stunning, super comfortable, clean, and full of little touches; the hosts were incredibly friendly and made sure we had everything we needed, even letting us tour the beer factory.
