I like everything about the hotel: the clean, spacious room; the delicious Nepali food; the beautiful garden; the rain at night; and the very nice and helpful staff

“Biedt niet wat je in een 5-sterren hotel zoekt”

Air conditioning and a large room are positives. The Wi‑Fi is weak, there’s no live TV—only apps, and they’re all paid (so I couldn’t watch the World Cup unfortunately). There’s no elevator, just stairs. Breakfast was sparse and mainly aimed at Indian tourists (only hot dishes). The location is far from the city, the beds are hard and loose, so they move with the slightest motion.

The hotel is gorgeous, a little off‑center but they give free transport. The tourist desk was super helpful, giving all the info and services needed for local sightseeing.

“Fantastic trip arranged by ganga”

The Himalayan Skyscape flight delivered breathtaking views of the snow‑capped peaks and Pokhara’s lakes. The travel desk, especially Ms Ganga, handled every arrangement smoothly from booking to finish.

Location was perfect and not that far from the Airport or the Lake. Bonus was shuttle service to the central lake and the Arti place was exceptional. The service of the shuttle was frequent and FREE till late at night. Though no one came to pick us up at the Airport and had to Pay Taxi Nepali rupees 1200.00 It would have been nice if some one came to pick us up. The management should seriously think of this ! Breakfast was superb and had variety. Plus the waiting staff at the restaurant and Bar were very accommodating. The concierge guy / Shuttle booking was jus exceptional( very hospitable ) Reception Staff very accommodating. They did not have change but one guy gave me change from his own pocket. I think if you want relax and use the lake side , you can not go wrong. Plus the staff hospitality and humbleness was exceptional. I did not use the pool but was good for children. I would definitely book the place again. The room we requested when we did the booking ( which was a few weeks before check in ) was not given. They could have easily reserved for us days before we came. Room on 2nd fl. facing the mountains. Plus The pick up at Airport would have been appreciated , instead of looking for a Taxi. One lady on reception could not accept a twice folded new UK sterling note hence I had to go to Lake side to exchange foreign currency
