The private bathroom offers a shower, bidet and hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries and bathrobes are provided. Sound‑proof walls, a minibar and a tea‑and‑coffee maker complete the amenities, and the room sleeps two guests.

A patio provides a landmark view and the room includes a king‑size bed, with space for two guests plus an extra bed or a crib on request. The private bathroom features a bidet, tile/marble flooring, a telephone, slippers and a safety deposit box, while the interior offers a sofa, ironing facilities, an electric kettle, microwave, refrigerator and a dining area. Entertainment options include satellite channels, board games, puzzles, books and DVDs or music for children, and the entire unit is wheelchair accessible with both stair and elevator access to upper floors.

The room size was just fine. The Wi‑Fi was weak, the noise level was very high, and the staff lacked sufficient experience. I booked with breakfast, went to the restaurant at 7 am, but it was still closed; when I asked the front‑desk staff, they told me breakfast starts at 8 am. It’s the first time a hotel starts breakfast at 8 am, and there are no luggage services.

The room was clean, but the noise from neighboring rooms and the water sound from the bathroom on the floor above were annoying, and the elevator smelled of cigarette smoke. There was no carpet in the room, the curtains were weak, and light streamed in heavily through the windows.
