“Besser wieder nich, als widerlich”
The staff were friendly, but that doesn't make up for the filthy room that stank; the bathroom smelled like urine, the TV didn't work and the remote was filthy. The place was disgusting, exactly like the Conti.
The room orientation was noisy, which made it difficult to relax.
The rooms were nicely furnished and the bed was comfortable. The location was good—very close to the train station and a short walk from the city centre—but it can get loud at night, which I managed to ignore. Unfortunately, the bathroom in the room I stayed in was a bit dated; the water never got warmer than lukewarm and the room stayed cold even with the heating on. I had to check out at Hotel Conti around the corner; it would have been nice to know that beforehand instead of reading a note on the locked door.

The location was spot on, just 3 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes from the Prinzipalmarkt, and the value for money was great. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly, but there was no elevator.
