The welcome was impeccable, but there was a problem with the magnetic card for the room door.

The room faced the national road N174, a four‑lane highway with a speed limit of 110 km/h. With the heat, if you leave the window open, you can’t sleep because of the noise from cars and trucks that run almost all night. If you close the window, you still can’t sleep when it’s very hot. There was no air conditioning or fan. Even with the windows shut, the traffic made it impossible to sleep. I’ve never known a hotel with rooms so close to a four‑lane road. And all this for a rate of more than €100 a night!

Only the staff’s friendliness stood out, but the facilities were poorly maintained, the bathroom had no ventilation, and the rooms only had heating, no air conditioning in a place that can be hot even in autumn.

The staff were very attentive and helpful, especially with breakfast, and the rooms were quiet. The only issue was the very weak network signal.
