High professionalism from the team. Cleanliness of the facilities and care. They indicated that a transfer was included, but in the end it was only for picking up at the airport, and I'm not sure if that was well advertised.

“素晴らしい思い出！！”

部屋はとても清潔で、スタッフの皆さんは笑顔がすてきなとても親切な方達でした。ウォーターサーバーやハーブティー、コーヒーがエントランスに用意されていて、旅行者にはとてもありがたかったです。朝食は温かくとても美味しかったです。ホテルは静かな場所にあり、部屋からはキトの街や山々が遠くに見え、景色がとても素晴らしかったです。何種類ものハイビスカスや、8月にしか咲かないピンクの花の木がある庭も、とても素敵でした。近くの木にはハチドリがたくさん来ていました。近所には季節の果物が買える商店や食堂も数件あり、とても便利です。ヒラソルという名前の通り、いつかひまわりが満開の時に、また滞在できたら嬉しいです。
