The place was quiet with little activity in the surrounding rooms, but the shower curtain rod was broken and the shower wouldn’t stay closed, so water splashed all over the floor.

I found the rooms comfy and spotless, but the walls let noise slip through, which was disappointing for a hotel of this level that should have better sound insulation.
