The staff were very attentive and friendly, the room was spotless and very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the location was also great.

The pool and spa were impressive, highly recommended and located in Lima's financial district, but the front‑desk staff were a bit cold at the welcome and very slow to act.

The morning coffee was great, the pool was huge and heated, the room and bathroom were spacious and everything else was very good, yet there was a misunderstanding when an attendant called us to charge a payment and sent someone to collect it at night, even though we had already paid through Booking.

The hotel’s location is phenomenal, but I didn’t get to use the entertainment facilities, though it wasn’t the hotel’s fault.
