When I arrived, the building was shut, a sheet from the local police station was posted but I wasn’t told about it beforehand. The same thing happened again; the place was closed and I wasn’t informed.

I went to this hotel and was completely let down because it was closed after a court ruling; a notice was posted on the gate, yet I didn’t receive any heads‑up before getting there. I had to scramble for another accommodation on short notice, which was inconvenient and unexpected. Please address these incidents so the service becomes more reliable and customer‑friendly. I’ve attached the notice that was displayed at the property.

There was no kettle or any tea‑making equipment. The room had no drinking water and no cups or glasses to drink from.
