The staff were unbelievably focused on customer service, making the whole experience feel top‑level.

The place was spotless and the staff were incredibly friendly; after a sweaty day they handed me a bottle of water and let me check in early for free, plus they arranged a taxi tour on short notice. The only downside was that the room didn’t block out noise well.

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay with great hospitality, a good location, and excellent value, so I’ll definitely book again on my next trip to Taipei and would highly recommend it. There were no major complaints and we left feeling satisfied.
