The highlight was the attentive service and the beautiful, pristine room with a lovely view and excellent breakfast. We stayed outside peak season, so the hotel was full and the streets were crowded, making it hard to rest, but overall it was great!

The lodge sits in an excellent spot, directly across from the beach (though not suitable for swimming), and for those who want to be near bars and restaurants it’s ideal because it’s in the center. It’s close to the Aquarium, Ferris Wheel, shops, a mall, and a market. The staff are excellent and the lodge is very pleasant and beautiful, with comfortable, clean rooms. The employees aren’t on duty all the time, but emergency contacts are provided, so check‑in and check‑out times must be followed as described.

The staff were polite and welcoming, and the accommodation was very good, everything clean and free of mold smell. The breakfast was disappointing; the coffee was bad and there were few options in the basket. My wife, who is allergic to many things, ended up eating nothing because only three items were offered, and the coffee itself was very poor.

The staff were excellent, from check‑in with Lara to the rest of the team who were always friendly and professional. The location is amazing, right in front of the beach with all services, restaurants, and supermarkets close by. The house itself was great, clean and pretty. Unfortunately, we had a cold, very humid night and the air‑conditioner couldn't be set to heat. We’re leaving this note to make the stay more comfortable.
