The hygiene and cleanliness were extremely disappointing; the toilets were dirty, and we didn’t feel comfortable enough to shower. We also saw cockroaches moving around, which was unsettling. On the bright side, the staff were polite and courteous, which we appreciated.

It’s close to the food court with many options, but there was water leakage in every washroom and the air conditioning was not functioning properly.

This hotel wasn’t even there; it was a big scam in Balewadi. I didn’t like it at all and the hotel was not there—please don’t share fake details.
