The hosts were super welcoming and the breakfast was hearty, featuring local products.

The location was quiet and absolutely great for us; it was the most beautiful spot on our trip through France. Joanna and Michel were super hosts and it felt like "homecoming". We only stayed one day, but a repeat visit is planned. The only downside was the limited options for dinner nearby, and a vehicle is required.

“Formidabel”

The place is wonderful with a great view of the mountains and Lac de Serre Ponçon from the terrace, plus a beautiful starry sky at night. The breakfast was excellent with everything included. The Flemish host couple was very friendly. The community space is nice, and you can also buy a beer, wine, or cola (or join the terrace). In the evening, open the roof window to cool the room when it’s warm; normally you’d have to walk up a steep path from the parking lot, but because my older mother was there, I could use the other driveway, which was a huge help for her, so that’s more of a plus than a drawback.
