Alizée is the best at the hotel, but her colleague who was probably the manager was not very courteous and quickly corrected himself after some thought; Alizée is 10/10 anyway.
“Séjour agréable et correspondant au besoin du moment”
The hotel’s location and parking were good, and the staff were pleasant and helpful; however, cleanliness could be better and the breakfast selection was lacking.
“vol de mon.pique nique l'an dernier par le personnel , des excuses mais toujours pas de dédommagemen”
Nothing good; the staff were incompetent.
“Modern but very basic”
The hotel was conveniently located near local amenities and had its own underground parking; the floor in the room and the bathroom area were dirty, which only became obvious after walking barefoot and wiping the bathroom floor with the provided towel, and the room lacked a tea/coffee maker as advertised and was very small compared to other hotels.
The bed was comfortable, but there were a few small trash items upon arrival in the room—a bottle cap and bits of cardboard on the nightstand—and the shower jet was not pleasant at all.
