The hotel staff warned me at the last moment that we had no room, even though they had previously confirmed my booking. I suspect they booked the same room for someone else who paid extra. The staff’s integrity was lacking.

The staff were friendly and the balcony we shared was nice, but the bed and floor in my room were covered in hairs.
