The hotel is well located near the colonial area, the air conditioning was quiet, and it gets the job done. However, a receptionist’s lack of assertiveness and politeness was annoying; I told her I’d take the towel to the beach and she replied in an unpleasant, unfriendly way. I understand her stance, but the way she treated the customer was off. The owner should know how important empathy is when dealing with guests. The hotel needs a renovation but still does its job. The breakfast area gets very hot.

The gym was very spacious and well‑equipped. The breakfast was just okay.

The room was clean and the staff were helpful and kind.

The staff were very attentive and helped with everything at the restaurant, which had great service. I would have liked a hotter breakfast.
