The spot is great, the hotel is beautiful, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The bars, restaurants, and spa are lovely.

The hotel sits right on Leicester Square, the most central spot possible, and it’s wonderful; a bit pricey but worth every pound. The breakfast, however, felt a little simple compared to the hotel’s overall standard.
