The place is in a good spot and the staff were friendly, but the bathroom had a few flaws and there was noise coming from the square.

Everything was great – the staff were incredibly helpful even though I arrived late in the city, the room was excellent, the bathroom was superb, and the bed was super comfortable. There was a vending machine with a variety of snacks and drinks, the location was central and close to the station, and the place was spotless. I would definitely return when I visit Naples again.
