The living space is on the attic, accessed by a narrow metal staircase. There aren’t two apartments but four rooms (two larger, two smaller), a kitchen, two bathrooms, and a hallway area with a fridge, air‑conditioner, and a table with four chairs. The courtyard parking is fine, fitting two cars easily, even three for experienced drivers. The “terrace” is generous, with two terrace sofas, a large table for 10, a bathroom, and a kitchen equipped with stove, sink, and a big grill. The beds are comfortable with memory‑foam mattresses; every room has an 82‑cm LCD TV with digital signal (two were analog but were rescanned to digital, HD). The kitchen’s frog‑shaped faucet got stuck and it took a while to unblock it; we notified the owner, who later replaced it. The pillows were very thin/low, so we had to use our own blankets and place them underneath. I’d recommend bringing some pillows for those who need them.
