MRHostel Milano

This hostel is a scam – the rooms don’t match the photos, conditions were very poor, and the bathroom had no toiletries. I booked as requested, but at reception the staff asked me to cancel and offered a different room that was 11 euros more expensive than the one I’d originally booked.

Good location. The window lacked curtains and the sun came in.

Nice spot, room comes with a balcony, friendly staff.

“Schlecht alles dreckig und am überlaufen”

Everything was a mess; we had to rebook a 2‑star hotel, the bathroom was broken, the heating and water were bad, they told us it was fine because it was company standard, but they did nothing even after we sent photos.

There was literally nothing good about our stay, communication was below average, and they seem to be all about profit and not about giving a comfortable experience.
