A constant, unbearable damp smell, even with the window open. The cleaning left a lot to be desired.

The front‑desk man was brilliant and handled every issue with ease; he even helped me recover my backpack when the courier missed it and gave me good advice on trains and buses to TUI, a real asset for any travel business—thank you, I wish I could remember his name, John Caulfield. The front‑desk man was first class.
