“Very comfortable, would stay again next time I visit Penang.”

The room was small but had a writing desk, clothes rack, hangers, and adjustable air conditioning. Slippers for each guest in the bathroom were a nice touch. The shared shower and bathroom stayed clean and there was hardly any line for the wash areas. The public spaces were tidy and nicely decorated. The smoking area should be moved to the back of the outside corridor instead of right in front of the main entrance, which all guests can’t avoid.

“Affordable and reasonable.”

The air conditioning works well. The facilities are complete with mattress, pillow, and comforter, and hangers are supplied. The lift operates smoothly, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The shower flow is slow, the iron and ironing board need proper covering, a foot mat would add comfort, tissues and water glasses should match the number of guests, the fan needs regular servicing, and parking should be reserved for guests.

The location is good, close to the centre, and the room has basically everything you need. The apartment is near a very noisy street, there’s no room cleaning service, and some conditions differ from the website, such as late check‑out by 1 pm.
