I stayed in a tiny cabin that kept my peace, and the wooden sauna had good loose wood. The air‑conditioner pump was a plus. However, during the winter the outer door was cold to the touch.

“Ihana paikka majoittua rauhallisessa maalaismaisemassa”

I spent the night in a studio with a friend. The host had already lit the sauna, and we relaxed there after a long day. The room was clean, which made sleeping pleasant. We had stayed with family before, and I mentioned that this is a good place to stay. The studio had a kitchen for making breakfast, and my friend brewed coffee for the day with a thermos. We also visited the morning to admire and feed hay to the goats and chickens with the owner's permission.

The front door wouldn't lock – I’m not used to a place where I can’t secure my own safety, especially not with a €10k sound system, and it never locked. Also, the IL‑pump remote was missing, so when I returned to the room late at night, I had to keep it running all night – I couldn’t even bother to call for help.

The countryside stay was peaceful, surrounded by fields, yet close to grocery stores and other services. The kids loved the farm animals a lot.

“Au cœur d’une ferme finlandaise, original, confortable et plein de charme.”

The chalet, located in a typical Finnish farm, is very well arranged and very clean. The view of the wheat field at sunset was very pleasant. The sauna and barbecue are nice. The owners are very welcoming, and so are their animals! Recommend it with children!
