Die Lage des Hotels direkt in der Altstadt ist sehr gut. Leider war es durch die z.Zt. durchgeführten Bau- bzw. Modernisierungsmaßnahmen in der Woche laut. Auch der Parkplatz war davon betroffen

“Unser eintägiger Aufenthalt während des Weserradweges (Radreise)”

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Stadt Kassel during a one‑night bike trip on the Weserradweg and felt comfortable from the start. The hotel sits right in the historic old town of Rinteln – central yet pleasantly quiet. Many sights, restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Our room was modern, cozy, very clean, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. It even had a balcony and a small fridge, which we appreciated. The staff were friendly and attentive, and we booked breakfast for the next morning. The breakfast was truly great: plentiful, varied, and with a good selection, leaving no wishes unfulfilled. We were happy and started the day well. Another plus was the secure bike storage. Overall, a very nice, well‑maintained hotel with a pleasant atmosphere and excellent service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book Hotel Stadt Kassel again anytime; a clear recommendation! The only downside was that our room faced the parking lot. In the evenings, other guests arrived. Loud engine rumbling and bright headlights disturbed our sleep. Currently there is still construction on the parking lot. At our place, strong construction noise (a vibrating plate) could be heard from 9:30 am. Since we were already awake and getting ready to leave, it didn’t bother us.

The spot is good and the price/quality is solid, but there’s no air conditioning.
