We really liked how welcoming and friendly the host was, and she was clear about all the details on the property, breakfast and parking. In the room we found a bathroom kit and some welcome snacks, which was a nice touch. The central location was also very convenient. What bothered us more was the value for money. The room is quite small and on the ground floor. The only natural light and air come from a tiny window in the front door, so you have to choose between privacy and ventilation. The bathroom is also very small and poorly ventilated. Moreover, the room had a high level of humidity: as soon as we entered we could feel a strong damp smell, similar to a cellar, and even the towels felt damp to the touch. Overall, these are issues that would be easier to accept if the rate were lower.

Everything was perfect: the room was cozy and clean, the location was excellent, and the owner’s availability and friendliness made you feel at home.
